| New Feature Added To This Site |
A new page has been added to this site
titled, "Hottie of the Week." It features a caricature drawing based on a real
person with some tie to aviation, off roading, or other desert activity.
Along with the drawing is the name, age, and
a short bio of the girl. The girls are drawn by comic strip artist
Joel Stokes and a new Hottie is featured every Friday.

It was supposed to be a simple day of painting Al's
Summer House cabin after a harsh Mojave summer...then fall, winter,
and now close to spring. Paint maintenance is my least favorite activity
at the ranch and on this recent day with my friend Vince of Mojave
paying a visit in his RV-4 the painting was put off once again.
It
just wasn't a good day for doing any work as is the case when anybody
comes to the ranch to pay a visit. It's more fun to just do a lot
of front porch sitting.
As Vince left the ranch I tried out the movie
mode on my digital camera for the first time. The movies aren't
the best but are worthy of posting here. I hope this is just the
start of many more movies in the future.
