For rent at the ranch is a 120
square foot one room cabin. Interior amenities include a full-sized
fold out futon that sleeps two, wood burning stove,
gas lamps, and end tables.
Exterior amenities include a charcoal barbeque,
fire pit, bench seating around the fire pit, picnic
table, porch deck with two Adirondack chairs, and
land vehicle parking. Near the cabin is an outhouse and aircraft tiedowns.
There are several pricing packages to choose from to suit the
level of appointments desired.
Fully Provisioned: One gallon
drinking water per day per person, fire wood, propane for lamps and
cooking stove, charcoal briquettes, tiki oil for torches, cookware,
and disposable plates and utensils. Cabin is inspected,
cleaned, and prepared for guests.
$139 first night, $89 each additional night.
No Provisions: This is primitive
cabin camping. Cabin has not been visited or provisioned since
previous guest. Cleanliness of cabin cannot be guaranteed.
Some provisions may or may not be available.
$109 first night, $59 each additional night.
Cabin and ATV Combo: Fully
provisioned cabin is $29 any night with one or two
ATV(s) rental.
The only things guests need to provide for
themselves are food, beverages (other than water), and bedding
material such as sleeping bags and pillows.
